The bartender just reset our bar after permit from ABC board, saw a lot of empty space we been told we need plenty of bourbon and others rare, allocated,and more. Immediately Billy went to the special Liquor room and grab a case or more of products that included a case of mixed Pappies and all hard to find spirit and said I have a bunch more we ok. At least we are good, come and try 100 plus bottles of rare to get single malt Including 40 years old plus age in cask.

Thanks for Dinning’s Week and following by Hamilton.
So call restaurant’s March Madness. The major construction coming to an end, tomorrow all the new floor over the new leveled of light concrete should be done. After all we will start to see the panels and Bistro’s wine cabinet in place. Just glass wall and Chef table to replace our old bar idea. A couple move, a couple touch up, and or a couple waiting here and there which will not stop us from booking a party on the space. Will start to take more photo to you guys next week.

Do not forget a new Boardroom, ready for you to book your private party. SU game, Super Bowl, Golf game, all variety of parties plus with very private entrance from the street, your own bathroom, bar services, seating up to 24 or more. Overhead projector and screen are in place. Please call 315 4751111 or 315 4459999 or talk to Billy. After the 1st of April we will open on booking the Elephant’s room seating up to 100, you will surrounded with thousands of bottles of wine in that room. Can’t wait.
