Hello! I hope everyone has recovered from the Christmas/holiday season!!

Getting back into the swing of things.

Sharing this store as a resource for those who want wholesale prices but don’t want to pay for a membership. Totally get it. What I have shown here is just a small sampling of the items they carry. I giggled when I walked it because I was so excited. 10/10 would recommend at least visiting this place just to “look”. But also make sure your fridge/ freezer/ pantry areas have space! 😂

My take on Mexican wedding cookies? Double coating! For the second coat, I use a sifter to create a lighter dusting.

You will do whatever you need to do to make sure your business runs like it needs to. This means doing your own research and practicing methods that work best for your business needs.

To me, this made sense. However, it broke down one of the main ingredients in my chocolate chip cookies that left the quality lower than I would have liked.

Second, with my space being smaller, I don’t have the air circulation that allows for an appropriate amount time for the cookie dough to thaw and then bake.
I could bake then freeze. But I haven’t had the need to.

The worst part was hearing the comments from my family that they did not like them. I have spend years perfecting this recipe. So to hear this was upsetting.

Lesson learned. Cookies still got eaten. Screamed inside my head and then Moved on.

BTW, the Red Velvet cookies showed up like the queen she is!!

I need to fix the lights on the stand, but they are so cute!

Shout out to Mr. Wilcock who has helped me through out this entire process! He put bigger wheels on the stand to make it more sturdy and build the cookie room and the lemonade truck!

But the timeline was met!! 😂
