2 more days Syracuse! We still have a lot of the classics like our signature Reuben. We will be running out of menu items today and definitely tomorrow. We also got reloaded with cookies and treats so our dessert case is fully stocked. Our man A-Bone also made some fresh apple fritters that are in the case that are waiting for you too. Reminders: we cut off orders about an hour or so before close. If you’re coming in today, get here by about 6pm to ensure we can still take your order. Our entire staff is busting their butts to get us to the finish line so please be kind and patient. Everyone is doing their best under very difficult circumstances. Thank you for the love Syracuse. Y’all have 3 more days to get your Sassy Molassies! As you might have heard by now, our last day in business will be Saturday, July 18th. We will be running out of menu items over the next few days but we did just get more wings in so we’re good there. We have very few desserts left and will likely be completely out today or tomorrow. We sincerely appreciate the support since we announced our closure a couple weeks ago. We’ve had a line to the door almost the entire time since so be prepared to wait a bit if you come in. We’ve also been cutting off kitchen orders about an hour before close each night as our kitchen gets really backed up so get here before 7-ish to place your orders. Still no online or phone orders at this time. Let ‘er rip Syracuse! 🍊 🌱 😎

Update:
A fond farewell to Strong Hearts Buffalo on their last day of business, and a huge thank you to the staff that made it possible.
In Syracuse, we are out of milkshakes forever. We have smoothies, we have desserts (for now), we have wings, and we have the vast majority of the rest of our menu.
Open 11-8 until the bitter end, but we suggest you come earlier than 7:30 as much as humanly possible. Online ordering might be on for brief stints. We are unable to take phone calls. Give yourself time to order in person - that is unfortunately the reality right now.

SERVICE UPDATE
We have adjusted our hours to 11am until 8pm 7 days a week. We will stop taking food orders when we reach the capacity that we can fulfill by 8pm each night.

Due to the high volume of support since our announcement, we have been unable to take phone calls or online orders during most of our operating hours.

First - thank you all so much for the overwhelming support, the memories shared, and the heartwarming response to the news of our upcoming closure.

We are so grateful for such a grateful and enthusiastic community. We are floored by the number of people who have come in to order food, drinks and desserts in the last few days.

We kindly ask that you remember that the people who work here to serve you learned the same news as you on Monday. They are working their tails off while they meanwhile try to figure out what their next steps are. Please have patience with them. Please be kind and compassionate. Please understand that they don't have answers to questions about why we're closing beyond what we posted on Monday (that message is also posted on our doors and walls inside the restaurant).

At points when we are very busy over the coming days until the 18th we will turn off online ordering and our phone will be unavailable (that has been the case for most of the last 2 days). Even with friends and family jumping in to help us, there is only so much that we are physically capable of. It may take a bit to wait in line and then get your food. We are doing our best. Please keep that in mind - we are just trying to be real about what you can expect.

We are still operating normal hours 7 days a week at this point. We'll let you know if that changes.

We are also working hard to keep as much of our menu available to order as possible. Inevitably, we will eventually run out of things.

As far as apparel and merchandise - we currently have a small stack of the 15th anniversary posters that are pictured available for purchase in house only. We may have some unused strong hearts crew shirts available for sale at some point before the end, but not yet.

Thank you a million times over. Don't forget to support all of the great local businesses that will carry the torch when we're gone - we'll share more about them in the coming weeks.
