This week we finished building our pastry case, setting up our menu, and putting up our wall decor. It feels like our dreams and prayers are coming true and we are so blessed by all the people who are ready to come out and support us when the doors are finally open. We have some more steps before we can open, but be on the lookout for when we announce our soft opening!

A special touch of Moka Roasters is that our syrup flavors are made in house, creating a unique touch to our drinks !

The past few months we’ve been experimenting with different flavor combinations to create drinks we hope you love as much as we do !

Pictured here is one of those drinks, made iced and hot. If you can guess what flavor it is, you will receive ONE FREE DRINK opening day!! (TBD May/June 2026)

The Heart and the Why
Moka Roasters was created to be a place where you find rejuvenation and refreshment. We have found that great coffee shops are a place where gathering happens, drinks are crafted with love, and the staff treats you with kindness and respect. We have been blessed with opportunities to serve at some great places and we are delighted to create our own.

This idea was born out of seeking the Lord’s heart and reflecting on the passions and experiences we’ve shared together. Nathan and I have both felt called to serve and care for others in this way and we look forward to welcoming you when you walk through the doors ! We hope and pray you find our space to be relaxing, joy filled, and like a second home :)

This was a month ago… and now it’s happening!!

Nathan and I have been so overjoyed at the opportunity we believe God has given us to open up our coffee shop space ! We cannot wait to bring you all along for the journey as we take steps towards opening and bringing the dream to life !
