Well, folks… the wait is FINALLY OVER!! 🧡🤎

After spending the last few weeks helping family during harvest, I’m ready to get back to work!

Farm Berry Kitchen’s Fall & Winter Soup & Casserole Delivery Service kicks off NEXT WEEK!!

With cooler days ahead, there’s nothing better than a delicious homemade meal without having to spend all night cooking. Let me take a little of that work off your plate!

This service & catering is how I support my household through the cold months while the food truck is shut down (and while cafe renovations are underway this year specifically 😉) Every single order truly means a lot. Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or you’re just finding Farm Berry Kitchen, we’d love the chance to serve you!

🍲 Weekly Menus: New soup, casserole & meal kit menus posted each week.

🥧 Limited Quantities: I’ll have limited amounts available, so order early! You know what they say… the early bird gets the worm!

💳 Payment: Required before delivery. Venmo or card payment links available.

🚚 Delivery: Every Thursday! In-town delivery or meeting along a main highway in rural Nebraska: Table Rock, Humboldt, Pawnee City, Dubois AND in Kansas: Bern, Seneca, Fairview, & Sabetha.

This is so fitting 🤩 3 years ago tomorrow Farm Berry Kitchen sold it’s first charcuterie board. This weekend we’re celebrating by doing a party board (not charcuterie because no nuts, dried fruit, or pickled delicacies) & a crudité board (veggie). These boards took me 4.5 hours to create. This FBK Fan is serving them at a children’s birthday party so the request was for mostly meat & cheeses they would enjoy. It has ham, turkey, salami, 2 types of pepperoni, mozzarella, pepperjack, cheddar, colby jack, provolone, jammy deviled eggs & a few black olives. The crudité is broccoli, red sweet peppers, green peppers, baby carrots, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, green olives, cornichons, green onions, pickled okra, pepperoncinis, veggie style spinach artichoke dip, & scratch made ranch.

This evening we got the opportunity to cater for an ACT prep class in Tecumseh at Johnson County Central High School! The menu was:

This upcoming weekend Sam has a little bit of an eclectic menu - mostly because she had a moment & ordered corned beef for Oktoberfest- then realized that whoops that’s more Irish than German. 🤦🏻‍♀️But we’re going with it. Turning it into a absolutely delicious, filling Corned Beef & Cabbage Loaded Baked Potato with a German style spread featuring stone ground mustard, smoked paprika & sweet relish.

Yesterday evening we had the honor of preparing a pasta bar with scratch made sauces, bruschetta, baguettes, Italian bread, garlic butter & meats for a couple’s wedding day in Seneca, KS. From our count we served 268 plates in just under 2 hours. My crew worked hard & everything went very smooth. It was a blast! The only items not scratch made where the gluten free meatballs & the noodles 🤩 Congratulations Eddie Aldrine & Heinen
