I just wanted to give a shout out to Dana & Clint at The Rest Stop RV Resort & Laundry, LLC for a great event yesterday. I enjoyed meeting everyone with the Adventure Cycling Association that were traveling through! I had a blast & it was a true blessing to be able to serve everyone that stepped into my line! I know wait times were a little bit longer than usual for lunch. I appreciate Every. Single. One. of my new & loyal fans! Days like this remind me that all the hard work pays off when you love what you do! Supporting small, local businesses like mine means the world to me as a person who loves serving my communities. It’s what I live for. I truly love introducing people to unique food experiences!!! Come on out to The Rest Stop RV Resort & Laundry, LLC today for some gourmet cooking & snacks!
Prepped a few 3 pack pickles, pickle cups, & sides today are scratch made potato salad, cottage cheese, lays or sun chips!
Serving begins at 11:30am. If you didn’t preorder - service is now first come, first served.
No all meat chili & cheese potatoes today.

It’s Alumni Weekend for many of the communities in FBK’s service area. We got to do a charcuterie board box for a 30 year class reunion. This box is designed for 20 guests.
