Some ideas start in the kitchen. This one started in a conversation.

We heard about an incredible pistachio spread from one of our suppliers, gave it a try, and couldn’t stop thinking about it. So we built a waffle around it.

Pistachio shows up three ways — light and sweet in the cream, deep and rich in the sauce, and roasted on top with a little crunch and salt.

There’s also a little chocolate hiding inside.

Four years in Silverdale this month.

We opened with a simple hope—to be a place you could come as you are. A slow breakfast with family, a quick stop before work, or a table to sit and stay awhile.

Over time, those small moments have added up. Familiar faces, weekend traditions, quick hellos, longer conversations. You’ve shaped this place just as much as we have.

We’re really grateful for that—for the routines, the support, and the chance to be part of your day in some small way.

It still feels like we’re just getting started. And we’re looking forward to what’s ahead.
