Gearing up for the summer and have outdoor seating now so I'm looking for a talented line cook?
It is a small, excusive restaurant so we all end up doing some dishes.
I am looking for someone that is dedicated, talented, has knife skills, knows sauces or is happy to learn.
There is definitely a room for advancement.

Wishing all those wonderful mothers, mothers to be and mother's passed a Happy Mother's Day!
We are open today, 12:00 to 9:00.
We have a special menu, it is advised to call ahead to make sure we don't have to keep you waiting but we can accommodate some walk-ins!

Bonjour to all our loyal customers and new,
We will definitely be open for mother's Day!
I will be posting the menu tonight or tomorrow.
We have been working diligently to open up our back courtyard for outdoor seating!
Some of the highlights of the menu will include: Mixed ceviche, Chef Christophe's Tarte Tatine, working on a special of a mixed seafood pasta dish including lovely seared, scallops, shrimp and mussels.
I will be adding my what I call, STA
TT Salad... Consists of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, avocados, mangoes, with ideally, seared tuna tossed with lovely mango cilantro dressing, which I have received many compliments on for many years!. It's delicious and very light surprisingly!

Also, any requests are properly considered?!
