Introducing VIVANCO, a new anaerobic natural from Peru! Grown by Alex Vivanco and family, this coffee underwent anaerobic fermentation immediately after harvest, followed by natural processing on shaded raised beds.
This is one of the funkier coffees we’ve released at Outer Dark, presenting notes of berry liqueur and fermented cherries, while maintaining a chocolaty backbone. It’s roasted light, but maintains a deceptively full body with ever present notes of fermentation and a clean finish.
