This K-Pop Demon Hunters themed cake is a three layer chocolate cake with strawberry jam filling and vanilla buttercream. 🍫🍓

It was dropped off today in Gatlinburg and I was fortunate enough again to see another mama bear and babies! (I had seen another trio in the exact same spot two years ago while delivering a wedding cake.) 🐻🤍

This was a last minute order for a family who is currently on vacation. I am always happy to accommodate requests with a quick turn around time when I am able to! 🤩

A weekend for weddings! 💍

The first is a three-layer, 10-inch vintage heart cake. It’s vanilla bean cake with strawberry filling and cream cheese frosting.

The second is an elopement cake—a smaller, two-layer 6-inch cake for the couple to enjoy together. It’s a gluten-free almond cake with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream: simple, elegant, and delicious.

I also included some almond flour brownies for the couple to enjoy as a special treat!

When my brother asked me to make a cake for my sister-in-laws birthday I was so excited!

She does the most beautiful nails so I of course had to do a cake with that theme.

It’s a 4 inch red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and fondant nail polish! The spilled polish is white chocolate dyed to her favorite color.
