Hi all! I'm Carrie, the proud owner, Creazioni Pasta & More. It has been a dream of mine to start my own pasta restaurant for over twenty years and now it has finally arrived. I am planting the seed and starting small by only offering catering and doing various food events around town, but I plan to grow this Tallahassee-made company into something big. After all, I know if it can grow and succeed in Tallahassee, I'll be able to expand it everywhere!

Currently we specialize in pasta and panini's, but plan to expand our menu as we grow. Our main concept is that all our items are created around you, the customer. I like to say, "We're like Moe's or Subway, but with pasta and panini's. You get to pick it all and create a meal made just for you."

A fantastic experience for our debut event! Perfect crowd, weather (for the most part), and the ultimate best crew to work with in the kitchen and at the event itself. We look forward to attending more events around Tallahassee!
