Say hello to Anthony, our amazing new Kitchen Manager at LINK!
Since joining the LINK team, Anthony has gone above and beyond in the kitchen. He brings care, focus, and a real respect for the craft behind what we do, helping carry forward the details that make LINK feel like LINK.
1.) Tell us a little about yourself:
I was born by the riverrrrrr, in a little tent and oh like that river I’ve been running, ever since. jk.
I’m originally from South Florida, but moved to Tallahassee to attend college. While in College, I met my wife, we had a child and decided since she’s from Georgia and I’m from South Florida that Tallahassee was a like a middle point from both our families so we decided to stay here.
2.) How long have you been working at Link?
I’ve been with Link for about 4 months
3). What is your favorite dish on the current menu?
My favorite item on the menu is hands down the Mac & cheese. Favorite sausage is the Bratwurst.
4). Whats your favorite hobby outside of work?
My favorite hobby outside of work is anything involving music.
5). Why did you choose to pursue a job in this industry?
The restaurant and hospitality industry is a very tough but rewarding industry. Those who know me know that I like a challenge and I’m very determined but I also love to make people happy by providing them with great food.
6). What is a little known or fun fact about yourself?
I’m also a DJ!
