Your meat is here! Smoking contestants: you can pick up your meat anytime between now and Friday. You will receive 2 racks of ribs, and/or 1 pork butt. We will have a panel of 3 judges. You will need to submit 6 total rib bones for judging in a single box and a 3-6 oz. sample of butt for judges’ panel, in a single box. Garnish is optional.
Contestants entering the BBQ sauce contest will submit 3 shot glasses for judging.
Contestants entering the sides contest will submit one cup or one box as appropriate for judging.
