We moved to 10006 N 30th street May 2004. My mother Tara passed away July 2020 and I have been running the business full time since Jan 2020. I have always been part of the ROTISHOP, however more in the background, doing paperwor

k, buying products, stocking, cleaning, etc. I am more of a business person, however I do try my best. My aunt (Doreen) has been doing all the cooking for the last 20 years. Currently there are 3 of us working, my aunt doing all the cooking, myself, I prepare all food, answer the phone, prepare delivery orders, stock, clean, cash, order products, prep, take orders in front and. a prep person. We ask for you to have patience, not is made until you order. We do make some ROTI SKINS and have them in the FRIDGE, VERY LIMITED QUANTITY. My mother went with QUALITY NOT QUANTITY and I will do the same. For all the "wonderful" people that complain about me being rude, it's not my intention, however I have a business to run and as you can see I have quite a few jobs I do. I am all about business and getting my orders taken, made and out. I DO APPRECIATE ALL OF YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT & I AM GRATEFUL FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Sarah. The legendary Sundar Popo’s musical legacy is set to reach a new generation as his iconic classic “Kaise Bani (Phulauri Bina Chatni Kaise Bani)” will be featured in the upcoming Bollywood comedy Dhamaal 4, which premieres in local cinemas on July 16.

The refreshed version of the timeless hit features vocals by Neelkamal Singh and Aditya Dev, with a fresh reimagining by rapper Dheeraj Babuaan. The high-energy choreography was crafted by Rahul Shetty, bringing a vibrant new look to one of the Caribbean’s most celebrated songs.

Speaking on the remake, Neelkamal Singh shared that “Phulauri Bina Chatni Kaise Bani” has always had a special connection with audiences, adding that its lively, fun-filled spirit made it the perfect fit for the colorful world of Dhamaal 4.

This is yet another proud moment for Trinidad and Tobago, as Sundar Popo’s groundbreaking music continues to transcend borders and generations, further cementing his status as the Father of Chutney Music.
