To give each guest the tailored Lusco’s experience we’ve provided for generations, we have decided to keep reservations manual instead of using an automated system.

Please fill out the form below for reservations. We are also contacting existing reservation requests already in place - if you have already submitted a request, you do not have to fill out another.

Please remember we will be personally reaching out by text (or email if you opt out of text messages) to schedule your reservation. This allows us to make your Lusco’s experience the very best it can be, but also takes a little extra time (just like our Pompano)!

After a couple of weeks of staff training, back to back inspections, and a private menu sampling… it’s official! 🎉🎉

We’re opening this weekend by reservation only (Friday and Saturday). We are contacting the earliest requests on our reservation request lists this week!

Please note: Our alcohol permits are pending. We do not have permits to sell alcoholic beverages or a permit to allow brown bag at this time.

Lusco’s Updates!

OPENING:
We are NOT open yet. We are in inspection phase, so we are extremely close!

Initially we will be open Wednesday through Saturday for dinner service. We will add lunches and Sunday dinner in the near future.

RESERVATIONS:
The First Available reservation request form on the website will close this weekend. Reservations will open back up in the next few weeks, with an online reservation system.

We will begin contacting guests that have existing reservation requests the week of March 16th. Everyone on the existing request list will NOT be contacted immediately (we will start with the earliest requests and move down the list).

Until then - we will have open interviews this Saturday from 11am to 2pm.
Experience is REQUIRED for all positions:

- Server
- Host
- Bartender
- Barback
- Line cook
- Sous Chef
- Pantry Chef/Expediter
- Dishwasher/Busser
- Front of House Manager
- Host/Event Coordinator dual role (will consider Hospitality major in lieu of event coordinator experience)
