I've been so busy that I haven't been able to start Gotham Goodies Catering in Texas...Until tonight! My first cauliflower pizza! Cauliflower, spices and a little cheese went into the crust and was topped with Sun dried tomato Alfredo sauce, then fresh veggies; green peppers, black olives, mushrooms, Sun dried tomatoes. And cheeeeeese!!!! This is one for the books!

Aside from the frosting being a little too runny because of all the alcohol, these got rave reviews last night! Fireball cupcakes with a fireball apple pie filling and fireball cream cheese frosting, topped with fireball infused gummy bears! I cored the cupcakes and set the apple pie filling right inside. Very pleased with this new recipe! I can do any filling, so think about what kind you want!
