My favorite posts of the month always center around our involvement. Last month we raised $27 for the City Of Taylor, Texas Animal Shelter, $21.62 for the American Legion and helped out the city for multiple events. Doing good feels really good.

Happy summer time Taylor! As promised , this morning I am announcing June as wing month! Our wing sales have been going through the roof so we thought each week we would try a new flavor and test the feedback. This week, we will be running out the 2nd most popular wing flavor in Texas. While it is a new one to me, obviously some of you have heard of it as it gets ordered from time to time. Get ready to try “Wet” wings which are simply a mix of Buffalo sauce and lemon pepper seasoning. Served, of courser, with our famous Red-Pepper Ranch dressing. Let us know what you think and also any other flavors you think we should play with!

Hoping everyone stays safe while on your very expensive journeys this long weekend. Thank you again to the Taylor Duck Band for allowing us to cater your event. We were so impressed by the the wonderful kids and their parents. We had a blast. Happy summer everyone!!

Firstly, congratulations to the graduating class of 2026! I hope you go on to do great things! Secondly, we are humbled and proud to be able to "help" the community as one customer said to me today about their event tonight. When I created my business plan, one key component was "provide opportunities for the communities we serve." To me, this means many things, including jobs, discounted meals for schools, police, fire, first responders, etc, raising funds for great causes and just giving wondeful value to the community. We have been incredibly fortunate this week to feed the great team at the Taylor EDC as they plan for future growth, provide the meals tonight for the families of the City of Taylor employees as they celebrate the soon to open new pool for the community and Sunday, providing the meals for the awesomet Taylor ISD Duck Pack Band banquet. This is the kind of thing that makes me smile and rest a bit easier because, as any business owner knows, getting a good night of sleep can be few and far between!!

Happy Mother's Day Weekend, Taylor!! We WILL be open this Sunday. Also, I wanted to pass our hiring info along in case you know of anyone who is looking for some part time work.
We are getting busier and looking for summer help. This position is part time, the shifts are about 3-5 hours and pay averages $27.00/hr with tips. Tasks include taking orders, handling cash, bagging food, sweeping, mopping and cleaning, your basic order taker kind of stuff. We require you work hard, show up on time, leave the drama at the casa, have fun, look sharp, follow the processes, smile and take care of the guests and the food. If you know someone who fits this, please send them our way. If you know someone, but they don't fit that description, please don't! LOL!

We also love hard working, bright and motivated high school kids, Taylor Educational Enrichment Foundation - Taylor Texas, Taylor ISD. We are losing a real rock star to college, but that's ok!
We have begun our campaign benefitting the American Legion Hall here and folks are rounding up!
Lastly, we sold 28 Ancira Salsa Spicy Hawaiian pizzas last month!!! That may be a record so, I will be dropping off a check for $28 to the City Of Taylor, Texas Animal Shelter so I can play with the puppies!
