Today was our last day before this much needed break, and wow… what a day to remember!!

From the moment we opened, you were lined up rain or shine and the love we felt was overwhelming! The orders came in big, and though we did our best to keep up, we know some had to wait much longer than usual. We appreciate your patience more than words can say. Everything we make is from scratch homemade tortillas, homemade gorditas, slow-cooked food and while we aren’t machines, we always give you our very best!

We wish we could’ve answered every phone call and filled every single order today, but the turnout was bigger than anything we could have dreamed. And that alone speaks to the love this town has shown us for nearly two decades.

We’ll never forget the laughs, the jokes, the Spanish lessons, the stories, and the friendships that have grown from this little taco stand. You’ve been more than customers you’ve been part of our family. In a small town, faces aren’t just faces they’re memories, milestones, and moments we hold dear.

This isn’t goodbye forever the plan is to return next year when the time is right. Until then, we’ll carry your kindness in our hearts and keep you updated here!
