I was introduced to this book about 20 yrs ago and it has since changed the way I look at food/diet. It is true, “you are what you eat”.
Plants/food can help you to live your best life and maybe even help heal ailments.
That’s why we focus SO HARD on ingredients🌾🧈🥚. We not only want to provide you with something delicious but REAL as well.

Our first Open Mic! Sunday 11am-1pm.

Pat brought us one step closer to enlightenment by sharing his wealth of knowledge through spoken word.

We had a sell out day, selling most of our baked items and selling out of pizza for the second weekend in a row!👏🏻
