Looking for manager role in food industry. Please read the entire post before replying or you will be disqualified.
Must have valid drivers license and able to drive large box trucks confidently. CDL is not required but a plus.
All applicants must pass background check and be lawfully employed.
Hospitality/business degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Manager health card or ability to gain one with a simple 1 hour test is required, we can train and take care of the expenses for attaining this.
Ability to run a team in a fast pace, high demand environment is a necessity.
Responsibilities include customer service, interviewing employees, menu changes, money handling, cooking, cleaning, logistics, ordering and many other tasks.
Fri-Sat are required due to demand.
This is not an easy job and would require a motivated individual with multiple skills in order to achieve success. We are not a franchise and are locally owned and operated. The company has created an awesome menu and are having great success but this and our other businesses have expanded beyond us and are taking too much of our time. The right person for this position should be looking to expand as the industry grows. Due to the massively increased online demands, you will need to adapt quickly to the new style of social distancing and delivery in the food industry.
In California we cater to movie sets, constructions sites and massive gathers/events among many other events.
This allowed us to gain research and funding for new 'green standard' commercial greenhouses for microgreens and grow systems for commercial/retail operations of all consumer edible plants.
