Before rumors start circulating, we wanted to share this information ourselves.

John is currently dealing with some health issues. At this time, doctors have expressed concern that it could be cancer; however, we are still waiting for results from the testing that has already been completed. Until those results are received, we simply do not have all the answers.

John has asked that no one go out of their way to treat him differently. He does not want sympathy or special treatment. He appreciates everyone's concern, but he would prefer life to continue as normally as possible.

If you have questions, please feel free to ask him directly. While John is a private person, he has no intention of leaving people completely in the dark as more information becomes available.

As of now, he fully intends to continue business as usual at the bar. If anything changes, we will make sure to keep everyone informed.

We appreciate everyone's understanding, support, and respect for his wishes during this time.

We will be opening at 3pm today. Unfortunately, Misty’s dad had a couple of complications this morning, so Stephanie is stepping up to cover her. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We would like to give a heartfelt shoutout to these two incredible gentlemen. The fact that you both stepped up without hesitation and helped out so Misty could be with her family during such an important time truly means more than words can express. Acts of kindness and selflessness like this do not go unnoticed. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you both so much!!

It is time for all the fun things that come with having a high school graduate. Mr. Nelson will be a busy bee between work, every day life, and graduation.

Unfortunately, Jesse has a big boy job that takes priority, so we cannot expect him to keep things rolling.

As long as everything pans out with everyone and the things they have going on in their personal lives, we will be back June 1st.

Please keep in mind, the PO2 does not have a hand in this. This is the AmVets decision.
