Trial run this weekend over at Rail & Rye. They will have a supply of our Mini Neo-Neapolitans available.

We’ve had so many requests for pizza, and thanks to The Black Sheep Pizza Co it’s happening!

This Saturday, Rail & Rye will be serving Chef Jamie’s handcrafted pizzas! Choose from:

As always, many thanks to those who came out and snagged pizzas this evening. The Pizza La Rosa Reale and Blackberry Dessert Pizzas were the big sellers this Friday. Hope everyone has a stellar weekend, we'll announce our next pop-up soon.

Just a reminder we ARE running pizza this Friday. We will get that online pre-ordering link up tomorrow and it will run till noon on Thursday.

Now, aside from the dessert pizza special posted a few days ago, let's take a minute and discuss the main attraction. Chef J's twist on the famous "Pizza Rosa" created by Chef Chris Bianco of Pizzeria Bianco. His version features Parmigiano-Reggiano, thinly sliced red onions, chopped pistachios, rosemary, and olive oil. Chef Jamie is going to add a bit of fresh mozzerella and ricotta cheese to give it a bit more of a luscious creamy blend.

Say hello to the "Pizza La Rosa Reale" available only in the 12in Neo-Neapolitan style.

Hey pizza peeps! Chef J here, just getting the word out early we will be running pizzas this coming Friday 6/26.

Bringing back two specials from a couple months ago. One being the Blackberry Dessert Pizza. Ricotta base, chopped blackberries, fresh basil, and lemon zest; then drizzled with honey after baked.
