Out with the old and in with the new. We are officially Retired. We are so excited as are the new Owners. They will be taking some time to do some remodeling (which I can't wait to see) and they will be open for both Dining in and take out and I think delivery too. And just like that 40 yrs are over and Hilltop is no more. We can't even begin to thank each and everyone of you for the out pouring of Love and support you have shown us and our family. We will cherish all the memories for many many years to come. 🙏🥰💞

So.... we ran out of cheese 🧀 🍕 & unfortunately had to close early tonight 😫
We are going to get some more and our plan is to be open tomorrow from 2pm-8pm or as long as the supplies last.
We are so grateful for the huge outpouring of love and support we have received tonight & hope to see you tomorrow for our last day.

There's a little bit of bittersweet news we need to share with all of you today..

Just a few months shy of 40yrs of doing what we love and making the best food we know how, we have decided to Retire and have Sold Hilltop Restaurant to a new & excited family.

We hope that you will show this family the same love & support that you have shown us and our family. Please accept them as part of this town & community. We have gone through so much with you over the years... from when we first started out and when we got married, to having our children, through the fire in the IGA plaza, to relocating to where we are now and helping us grow to when we expanded...

Our children have grown up and have started their own families and started their own chapters in the books of their lives. Now it's time for us to start new chapters in our lives.

We have dedicated 40 years here and we are so excited to sit back and take a breath for ourselves for a while & enjoy a little bit of life outside in the real world. We are so thankful for all of the people we have gotten to know & love and the families we have seen grow from children to adults and having children & grandchildren of their own.

It has been our pleasure to have been a part of this small town and this community for the past 40 years. We aren't moving away so hope that we will see you around. Thank you again. - Charlie, Carolyne, Savvas, Anna & the whole Hilltop Family 🍕❤
