I had a little fun in the kitchen today and tried making a pumpkin-shaped jalapeño cheddar sourdough loaf. Fresh-milled bread, cheddar, and a little jalapeño kick. It’s not perfect, but I sure do love trying new things and seeing what comes out of this kitchen!

Waking up to another day is a blessing all on its own. I hope today is filled with family time, good food, a little rest, and plenty of reasons to smile. Don’t get so caught up in everything that needs doing that you forget to enjoy the life God has given you.

A little update on our luffas! They turned out so pretty! My daughter has been learning to sew, and I’m so proud of her first attempt. It turned out awesome!

I love getting to learn new things alongside her. We can’t wait to try different patterns, colors, and new projects together.

These little projects are about so much more than what we’re making. They’re memories, life skills, and time spent learning together. ❤️
