Uncertain about smoking meat for the 4th of July celebration? Rest assured, our services are available to assist you. For custom smoking, please drop off your items on July 3rd between 2pm and 6pm. Ensure all meat is packaged in its original packaging and is fully thawed. The service fee is $2.50 per pound, with an additional $1.00 charge for pans if required, and $1.00 for chopping or slicing services. Pickup is scheduled for July 4th between 10:30am and 4pm; please note our closing time on the 4th will be 5pm.

This premium offering features freshly prepared, home-made chips fried to order, paired with your selection of one protein option (Pulled Pork, Brisket, Sausage, Chicken, or Turkey), complemented by Cheese Sauce, Pico, Chives, and Sour Cream, and finished with your choice of BBQ Sauce or Mango Habanero Sauce. Jalapenos and guacamole are served on the side.
