Cravings calling? 🌮 We’ve got the perfect fix lined up for tonight. It’s Taco Tuesday at The Cuz, and we are serving up our classic tacos alongside our new street-style street tacos—think perfectly grilled Asada, Al Pastor with a hint of pineapple, and seasoned Pollo.
To wash it all down, we’ve whipped up a fresh batch of house-made Clamato for the ultimate Michelada, complete with a savory chamoy and tajin rim.
The fun kicks off at 4:00 PM tonight, exclusively in the Cuz Saloon. Grab a stool and let’s catch up!

Independence Day is a time to honor our country's history and appreciate the simple things that bring us together. As a longtime restaurant here in The Dalles community, we love being a gathering place where you can take a break from a busy world, sit back, and enjoy a comforting meal. If your long weekend travels find you in The Dalles, come pull up a chair!

If you are traveling from out of town or having family drive in for the weekend, remember that a comfortable stay is just steps away. Happy Father’s Day! 🤠 Let’s raise a glass (or a coffee mug) to all the incredible dads and father figures out there today.

We love being that gathering place where generations come together to share stories, pass down traditions, and make memories over a good meal. A huge shout-out to all the families who are filling our booths with laughter today—we are honored to celebrate with you!
