Rising beef prices 📈📈📈

And not just "rising," more like SKY-ROCKETING beef prices that have recently forced some famous Texas barbecue restaurants stop offering beef altogether - or worse, had to close! 👀

Fox 49 reporter Courtney Dwaileebe reached out to several local places in South Georgia and North Florida, and Jon agreed to talk about the challenges restaurant owners are facing.

This annual holiday in our country means a little something extra to us because our co-founder Jon Fallin - as many of you know - served in the U.S. Army for many years before returning home to Thomasville to take over the family BBQ business. And he lost many friends during his time in service.

We hope all of those families who paid the ultimate sacrifice have found peace and comfort over the years, and we truly thank them all for their love and efforts for our country. 🫡

This past Friday, we had the pleasure of feeding the teachers and staff at Thomas County Middle School!! 💙🐝

We brought our delicious smoked chicken, pulled pork, green beans (which is a side option only offered for catering orders 😉), pickles, and - of course - some of that famous Fallin's banana pudding to feed over 150 of our community's hard-working educators! 🤤

We’re also VERY proud of our very own Kenzie Fallin, who got a very special shoutout for finishing Top 10 in her honors program! Way to go, Kenzie! 💪

Teachers are officially out for the Summer, and we hope everyone is able to relax and rejuvenate! Let the remodel of the school and the Summer fun begin! 🤩
