Haymakers Grill.....growing up on a farm in Pennsylvania I spent many summers following the hay wagons around the fields. My grandmother would always have a big meal waiting for everyone when they were done in the fields for the day. The big maple trees in the front yard provided a cool retreat from the heat of the day. Family, friends and neighbors would find a spot on the grass with a plate of f

ood balanced on their lap. The fleeting minutes when heat of the day is swept away on the cool breeze of the coming night. And a fleeting time of my childhood, but a place where the old recipes of my grandmother and family allows me to visit.
