Fourth of July weekend at Satire Brewing Company!
Celebrate Independence Day with great beer, handcrafted cocktails, delicious food, and a relaxed atmosphere at Satire Brewing Company.

We're opening at noon on July 4th and staying open until 10:00 PM, making us the perfect stop before the fireworks, between holiday plans, or as an alternative to crowded events and long lines.

Bring your friends and enjoy a taster rack featuring a variety of Satire favorites, seasonal beers, and rotating taps. Looking for something beyond beer? Try one of our featured summer cocktails, including the refreshing Waterslide or our Rosy Palmer.

ROSY PALMER
Cool, exhilarating cocktail with lemonade, tea, bourbon and mint. Our take on an Arnold Palmer. One stroke from victory. Golf humor. Maybe.

WATERSLIDE
Blueberry raspberry lemonade cream cocktail with light clean moonshine. Refreshingly cool. Take the plunge and slide right on in!

Limited-Time Fourth of July Kitchen Specials

The Barbequed Squirrel:
Savory pulled pork (not squirrel!) slathered in a handcrafted barbecue sauce created especially for us by the talented team at Sugarfire Smokehouse. Served with cheddar cheese and onions inside our warm, freshly baked bread.

Choose from two signature sauces:
Red Gold
A spicy mustard made with our O'McFinnegan's Irish Ale.
Triple B
A rich and slightly sweet sauce made with our Barney Blueberry Ale.

Hot Squirrel Pies:
Our unique take on American apple pie. Homemade apple pie filling tucked inside our airy bread and finished with a brown sugar drizzle.

Father's Day means something different to everyone.

For some, it's a day to celebrate the dads who showed up, taught us things, made us laugh, worked hard, and helped shape who we became. For others, it's a day to remember, reflect, and appreciate the people who filled that role in our lives.

Dark, smoky, chocolate spruce ale brewed with Colorado blue spruce tips. Yippee ki yay mf’ers.

BLACK JACK BARREL AGED BLACK ALE • 8.6%
Our Black Ice Black Ale aged in a Jack Daniels barrel. You don’t know Jack until you try this.

First day of summer, and it looks like Colorado is kicking things off with some serious heat!

The flowers are in, thanks to Staci, and they're looking absolutely gorgeous. Our patio umbrellas are up, the drinks are cold, and we're ready for whatever summer has in store.
