*Nickie (Owner) is a 2016 Graduate of The Bradford Culinary Institue and a Certified ACF Chef. She is 35 years old and just beginning her new venture with Bobb’s Burgers. Bobb’s Burgers name comes from her wounderful neighbor she meet in 2013. Bob Rice made a lasting impression. He was hard working and dedicated to his family. Nickie wants to honor Bob by letting everyone know his story and his wife Perma Rice’s Story. Bob was a Cobbler and Perma volunteered every chance she got. I never had the pleasure of meeting her, but I got to hear wonderful stories. Perma started the Utica Food Pantry. Come by and see their full Bio, it will be hanging in the front window. I hope it inspires more people to work hard and never stop dreaming.
