Due to the high number of substitution requests and mistakes involved in doing them we will be trying a new method. We have started an option of a Build Your Own swirl. This is to be used whenever the customer wants a particular swirl but wants to change the recipe we have by substituting an item for another. We hope this will reduce time and mistakes. You will still have the option to add your standard recipe without using the BYOS. It's only for instances when there is a removal of an ingredient to be replaced with another. This is something we are trying, and it may not work only time will tell. We may tweak some things as well. We welcome feedback if you are one that ends up using it, just send us a DM with your feedback.
