Friday night pizza vibes, My man Johnny crushed it again. One of the best pies I’ve had Reino's. Pepperoni, Sausage and Bacon, put that Bacon on the outside of the cheese. Literally perfection.

This will be the last week for this menu as we slide into fall. Cooler weather, dish’s will start to get heartier. Pumpkin Spice cheese cakes with a shaved 85% dark Coca chocolate this week.

A little theatricals for the senses before we kicked off dinner. A concentrated watermelon and basil reduction, with liquid nitrogen created a cooling fog and aroma.

It’s been a busy day here at the Turntable. Tomorrow we have the first progressive dinner and to say I’m excited mighty be an under statement. I’ve pushed myself and my culinary capabilities for this one. Busting out new ideas and culinary applications that I haven’t done before. 16 people will experience a cornucopia of molecular gastronomy and I’m very happy and humbled for those folks to be able to share in this special night with us. Everything but 1 item was sourced locally and or locally grown. Here’s a few sneak peek photos without giving much away. Cheers!

Brionna, Gavin and I have been putting a ridiculous amount of time, thought, and creativity into this dinner, and we’re getting really close to finally putting it in front of you. Familiar ingredients. Unexpected places. No telling you what local food should be. We’re just going to put it on a plate and let you decide.
