Not because of the contracts or the closings... but because I get to be part of moments like this.
Watching Tyler Lenz get the keys to his very first home was pretty awesome, especially seeing all of the love a support beside him. It’s crazy to say I was once coaching him in High School football and now helping him purchase his first home!
From our first conversation to the final signature, it was an honor helping him navigate the process and advocate for him every step of the way.

My client officially closed on his FIRST home this week and moments like this are exactly why I love being in this business 😌

Helping first time buyers is never just about finding the house. It’s about helping them navigate the unknowns… understanding the process, overcoming obstacles, negotiating on their behalf, and making sure they feel confident from start to finish.

There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes long before a buyer ever gets handed the keys… and getting to guide someone through that journey will always be one of my favorite parts of real estate.

Real estate has given me the opportunity to help a lot of amazing people over the years and including my friends and family. This time around I was able to help family of mine find the perfect place that would allow enough space for the growth of 3 generations all within one home! I’m grateful to have been able to find them the perfect place, even when I’m 100+ miles away.

What I think people don’t always realize is that not every real estate transaction is linear. Every property comes with its own unique challenges, and rural properties like this one tend to require a lot more behind the scenes.

With a location like this we had to navigate things like well agreements, septic systems, and permitting. Again, not every home is the same and that’s what makes real estate fun, it’s like putting together a puzzle!

At the end of it all, I’m just grateful to make a difference for those searching for their perfect home and am blessed to have amazing friends, family, and strangers that trust me to guide them along the way.
