Our Honeycomb Cold Brew starts with smooth nitro cold brew and gets a bright twist from our house-made lemon honey syrup. Finished with a silky layer of cold foam, it's refreshing, lightly sweet, and made for warm Colorado mornings.

But there's just something about a Saturday morning donut. 🍩☕

Every morning, our donut case is stocked with fresh donuts from our friends at , one of Northern Colorado's favorite donut shops.

Saturday just happens to be the perfect excuse to slow down a little, grab your favorite coffee, pick out a donut (or two), and enjoy a morning on the patio.

We're proud to partner with a local business that cares about quality as much as we do, and we're grateful to bring a little bit of Donut Haus to Timnath every day.

You may have noticed a strange-looking contraption quietly working behind the counter.

That’s my cold brew system.

While I’m out in the pasture contemplating life, avoiding exercise, and definitely not thinking about donuts, this thing is slowly brewing coffee for hours at a time.

Cold brew isn’t rushed. It takes patience. Just coffee, cold water, and time. The result is a smoother, richer cup with less acidity and a bold coffee flavor that keeps folks coming back.

Turns out great coffee and great donkeys have something in common…

Neither one likes shortcuts.

I was eyeing that Pedro’s Blender a little too closely… 👀🥤

Unfortunately, you won’t be seeing much of me out in the pasture for the next couple of months. Apparently, I’m “on a diet.”

Donkey fact: Insulin resistance is incredibly common in donkeys, especially handsome easy keepers like me. Our bodies are designed to survive on very little food, which means rich pasture and too many treats can lead to weight gain, metabolic problems, and even laminitis.

Meanwhile, all of you get to enjoy a Pedro’s Blender—a cool, creamy vanilla-based drink that can be dressed up with caramel, chocolate, strawberry, and all sorts of delicious things.

Me?

I get hay.

Just hay.

I asked if I could have one sip since the drink is literally named after me.

The answer was no.
