e to prevent anything in our cheese but pure whole milk mozzarella cheese made by a company that has used the same recipe for over 20 years and the same dairy farmers for the same,We would never consider mixing a cheaper lower quality cheese with our higher quality cheese just to stretch the dollar..our Cheese is amazing and It's got Our "Seal" of approval!! If we could get high quality Mozzarella Cheese made in Oregon we would, but California Cheese is the closest and the Best!! you know the saying "Happy cows come from California" lol.... Our food speaks for itself!! Homemade meatballs, homemade salads that never come from a bag! we cook our bacon in house from thick cut high quality, homemade lasagna, homemade ranch, caesar dressings....we use Stanislaus Tomatoe products which is the Cadillac of all tomatoe products, to create our sauce which we have been told over and over again that we are becoming famous just from our outstanding sauce!!! Our Hoagies for our grinder sandwiches are made locally and are always fresh, never from a bag thats made who knows where!!! We do not pinch pennies at Cobblestone pizza, sure we could do things cheaper but we believe in QUALITY!! and we also believe in food safety, we have had 3 consecutive 100% health inspections.. if it taste good we use it, if it doesnt we dont! We cook our beef and bacon in house,we use HIGH quality seasoned chicken that is AMAZING!! we also slice all of our deli meat in house, roast beef,ham, turkey,pancetta, linguica ALL sliced by hand to ensure QUALITY! We listen to our customers, We brought in takenbakes, and gluten free pizza crust from LISTENING TO YOU!! thank you to all of our customers!!
