Here’s to a legendary day. Come in for our signature smothered burrito. Beef and bean or chicken Sancho smothered in our home made American chili, smothered once again in our Rosa’s Mijo 3 cheese queso. Then topped with our pickled jalapeños and served with a side of chips. Don’t forget to add on a refreshing cucumber water lemonade! It’s loco delisouso!!🔥🔥🔥

Located at 610 SW Wayne Ave. We will be offering gourmet coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and many more specialty beverages. Catering to coffee lovers, we have selected premium roasted beans from Onyx Coffee labs that will satisfy the wide range of coffee connoisseurs. Our aim is to bring you the best cup of joe in Topeka. From fresh squeezed lemonade, horchata, aqua melon, bringing you delicious refreshments served over crushed ice.
We will also be serving breakfast and lunch specials from biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos, to muffins and cookies. Specializing in traditional Mexican fare from Rosa's Mijo cafe. Come get your Rosa's Mijo 3 cheese queso and our smothered legend burrito.
