This weekend is all about growth, learning, and becoming even better coaches for our incredible community.

People often ask why we travel for training, and the answer is simple: because you deserve the best version of us.

We’re spending the next few days surrounded by thousands of people who are passionate about health, nutrition, and changing lives. We’ll be soaking up new knowledge, fresh ideas, and plenty of motivation so we can bring it all back home to Topeka.
