Ladies and gentlemen, just a little reminder from Chef’s Kiss! ❤️

Unfortunately, we had several no-shows for our prepaid pickups tonight.

I want to remind everyone that all prepaid orders are nonrefundable. Once your order is prepared, we have already invested the time, ingredients, and labor into making it specifically for you.

Now, life happens! I completely understand that. If you miss your scheduled pickup, I am happy to hold your food for up to two days when possible. Just reach out to me so we can arrange another pickup time.

However, I need everyone to understand something important.

One of the biggest reasons I transitioned from running a full-time restaurant to catering and events was to protect my health and give myself a little more flexibility.

That means I am not always going to be at the kitchen, and I cannot always drop everything to meet someone for an unscheduled pickup. We have designated pickup times for a reason, and I really need everyone to respect those.

I absolutely LOVE cooking for you guys, and the support we’ve received has been incredible. But I also have to establish boundaries that allow me to keep doing what I love without running myself into the ground.

Please pick up your orders during your scheduled time, or communicate with me if something comes up!

First and foremost, THANK YOU! ❤️

You guys have been so incredibly supportive of our little venture, and I genuinely cannot tell you how much it means to us! We are having an absolute blast serving this community, doing what we love, and making sure everybody is fed!

At the end of the day, that’s what this has always been about for me. Good food, good people, and bringing a little happiness to someone’s table. ❤️
