We normally don’t do this, never have actually but this struck a nerve. Matt was unhappy with his order at our 1081 Woods Mill Restaurant location, we hope we can better serve him In the future, we take pride In serving our customers In the Town &
Country/Ballwin area, we have for nearly 50 years! So when a customer tells us to “ shut It down “ because he was unhappy with his Chicken Sandwich and Shrimp we aren’t Just gonna let It slide.
Our small family owned and operated business supports multiple families and our employees families! It has paid for multiple family weddings, It allows our children to have a roof over their head, and participate In many after school activities and events! We have donated to countless Schools, and charities over the years! We have provided food for Wakes, Funerals, Weddings, We graciously donated food to health care workers during the pandemic, We even survived the pandemic! So when a customer thinks we should “shut It down” because he wasn’t happy with his order, We take that personally!
Unfortunately for Matt, with the help of our loyal and faithful customers We plan on being here feeding our community for many, many years to come!
