HI-Acre Farm Hi-Acre Farm was established in 1964 by Vernon Sigman and his son's. Since 2011 it is a 12 acre apple & produce farm run by Jim & Tricia Sigman.

Barn update: Sorry it’s been awhile. Got off schedule due to the weather and scheduling conflicts. They almost have the siding on. Then they’ll pour the concrete. Jim did a great job on the design and colors! There will be 3 garage doors in white, then wainscoting in brown like the roof.
