The story of Mac's Shack began many years ago when my father taught me how to make an omelet at the age of 8 (I still have the pan). Over the years he taught me how to cook many different things, and as I became an adult it grew into a passionate hobby of mine. With the encouragement of family and friends, I decided to turn that hobby into a mobile food business making simple food that I enjoy and sharing it with others.
