Thank you everyone for the love and grace you have showed me over the last week dealing with very uncertain times. I’ve always been rather open and transparent and to be honest, this last week was the worst, scariest and most traumatic 48 hours of our lives. We have been spending all our time together and coming to terms with reality. Things will be okay going forward but we still have a lot of healing to do and adjustments to make. Thank you deeply for continuously showing your support! 🧡

It’s a very heavy, complicated situation that has had severe impacts on our lives. I will reopen at 9m tomorrow and hope to be able to stay until 5pm.

There are some things that will always have my heart - and animals are one of them. 🤍

Supporting organizations like North Sky Raptor Sanctuary feels deeply personal to me. The way we care for the most vulnerable creatures says so much about who we are as a community, and I’m incredibly grateful Northern Michigan has a program so dedicated to rescue, rehabilitation, education, and giving these magnificent birds the care they deserve.

To every kind of mother today—those holding babies in their arms, those holding them in their hearts, birth mothers, adoptive mothers, bonus moms, grieving mothers, hopeful mothers, pet moms, and the women who mother with love in ways the world may never fully see… Happy Mother’s Day.

Motherhood wears so many faces, and every one of them is worthy of love today.

And from the bottom of my heart - thank you for the overwhelming support you poured into Clean Crumbles today. Watching so many of you come through our doors, gathering, celebrating, pausing for a sweet moment together… it meant more than I can put into words.

I’m home, with a bag of goodies from the cafe, spending the evening with my kids; celebrating myself and my son - who turns 19 today.

You guys are finding your new little secret place - and the support has been unreal lately. Seeing large pickup orders like this for gluten-free, dairy-free, corn-free food that’s made with real intention means more to me than you know.
