**Five years.**
From the dirt floor and metal framing to the polished dining room we welcome guests into today, this restaurant has been built one step, one service, one lesson, and one guest at a time.
July 1st marks five years for us in downtown Traverse City. That may surprise some people, but for us, it represents years of hard work, growth, change, and learning what this restaurant was meant to become.
Our menu has continued to evolve because we have listened to our guests. We have paid attention to what people love, what they come back for, what they celebrate with, and what makes an evening feel special. That will always be part of who we are.
We are proud to continue growing as a locally focused, customer-driven restaurant. We are grateful for every person who has walked through our doors, every team member who has helped build this place, and every guest who has allowed us to be part of their night out, their celebration, or their tradition.
We have come a long way, and we have truly enjoyed every minute of the hard work.
