Hi Lu Crew ,

It has been an incredible 10 years of rotating menus over here at the taco and every summer we get so excited to create new tacos however we want to switch things up this year and have a greatest hits menu .

We are hoping with your help you guys can help create this final menu here at the taco shop , I know we’ve had some awesome tacos but please tell us what your favorites are ! New menu dropping May 12th 👊

Over Spring Break we (me, Adrienne) had a medical emergency (made for a super fun time in Mexico). In an effort to focus on recovering and wanting to give you nothing but the best, Happy Cat’s opening will be postponed until the Fall. So now you get one more Summer of margs and tacos, and something to look forward to as the leaves change.

John when we first started battle axing the Lu. Can’t believe we’ve come this far…well I can actually because we’re gritty and know how to bob and weave thru a journey. We know there are mixed emotions about the Lu’s switchover, but rest assured we got you! is going to enliven your senses, pallet, and most of all be just as gritty. Got till Cinco to get your fix, you got this 💪

If anyone’s wondering why I’m posed behind John it’s because I was 8 months pregnant when we opened Mama Lu’s. Of course no one is probably wondering but now you know. Fast forward and we are jumping off on a new journey (with a now nine year old kiddo, thank God the Lu pregnant was tight to say the least!) Yes those margs and street corn will be missed, but have faith that what we’re going to bring is also going to be equally crave-able. We wanted to give everyone a little heads up so you could come crush some tacos, margs, nachos, queso, guac and all things Lu before we flop over to a new exciting adventure Happy Cat ❤️ to all for your support on our next adventure!
