TCBBQ is seeking a positive and reliable culinary professional to oversee kitchen operations for the TCBBQ kitchen within the State Street Market.
Culinary experience and ServSafe certification required.
Full time hours available, 5+ days/week. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- inventory management
- ordering
- scheduling
- maintaining safe and clean kitchen environment
- basic menu development and cost control
- bringing a positive and team-centric attitude and demeanor to the workplace daily
