In a great attempt to stay open I smoked 15lbs of extra pork yesterday to help get through the weekend. At 3pm today I sold out of all of the brisket and pork. We will see you all next Thursday and thank you for your support.

We have closed early today, and we'll be closed tomorrow, the 4th, for some much needed family time. We will see you on Sunday at 11am. I have to assume I'll have quite the line waiting for their fix so make sure you get there quick!

Now that the pulled pork has your attention, we will unfortunately be closed today, and possibly open late tomorrow for some remodeling. We will definitely be open Friday - Sunday. Sorry for the inconvenience.
