MAUI WOWIE! What a Luau! Over 125 beautiful people joined us for dinner, drinks, and music despite the on again, off again downpours (it rains like that in Hawaii, too!) and brought their Aloha with them! Next year, we'll do it again and it will be even bigger and better! Mahalo to all those who joined us for our first Hawaiian Luau at The Little Fleet! Aloha nui loa to the following friends, without whose help and support this never could have happened... Allison & Gary "are you good?" Jonas...cocktail mavens Jess and Barb (also kick ass bartenders) along with Emily, Tori, Pauly, Marty, and Levi at TLF...Simon, Mark and Harvest crew for the night kitchen takeover...Saku, the spam musubi wouldn't have existed without your help and expertise...Ed, you always have a hand (or ten!) to lend a friend and I'm glad you're mine...Kaly, your genuine aloha was a wonderful greeting for our guests...Chef Pete and Chris, two of the classiest people I know helping me serve...Parking Lots, such a great show...and to Rich, with you on my team, all things are possible. Good things happen in the Night Kitchen!

No Gluten? No Problem! Shoyu Chicken, Kalua Pig and Yakisoba are all gluten-free as I'm using Kikkoman Gluten-Free Soy Sauce. I'm so excited to feed my G-F BFF's, too! ❤See you Saturday, 4/15, at The Little Fleet! 🌈

Double Cheese Snack action. Great for snack attack or dessert! 3 Cheeses, Marcona Almonds, tart cherry & port preserves, Sleeping Bear Farms Real Raw Honey, apple slices, artisan flatbread & rice crackers. Yummy:)
