Good friday fish fry tomorrow. We will be have American fried catfish plate from 4pm to 7pm or till we sale out. Yes we will our homemade red sauce and tartar sauce made fresh. Seven pieces of American catfish fried in brand new oil regular or spicey or regular. . Hush puppies made inTexas with just the right hint of jalapeno. Coleslaw we sliced our self nice and thin with homemade sauce. New red potato with green beans. Red beans like only we make. Your choice of cake. The world famous iced tea.I am catholic so I can not eat meat and I want miss it because the catfish will be so delicious.

Easter Pit Smoke Hams ala Trent County Club. The hams that we use are the same ones we use at Christmas for Taylor telephone. They're the highest quality, I get the hams for $5.67 a pound I can smoke the hams for.83 per pound so the total is $6.50 per pound for prime smoked boneless ham that average 14-16 lbs. If you interested I have to have your order by Thursday March 21 at 3pm at the latest and that is for Saturday the 23rd pick up. To place a order please call 325 862-0400 or 325 627-8825.

I'm still have a few problems at the restaurant. My ice machine and my main Refrigerator is no longer with us. It died, horrible death and can't get it either running. And they're expensive and I still have a pipe. That's out, so i'm down to one restroom. I am doing the best I can but that's not why I was posting today. I am doing Some pit smoked hams for Easter for Blair water. And I didn't no if anybody else might want one you. You'd have to get in touch with me tomorrow by 4 p.m.

Hello everybody I need to catch everybody up on what's been going on in my life and why the Trent Country Club has not been opened so far. Well. I had 3 major surgeries First I Had a Herniated disk on top of a bulging disk. So I had chronic and acute pain The back surgery went great and then I had a stag horn kidney stone that had grown into my kidney that they had cut out of my kidney and A third surgery, to finish up the kidney surgery. The good news is I am as good as new I am. It's been incredible to be no longer in pain. The doctors are miracle workers especially with my back. I didn't think I'd ever live without pain again and I feel so blessed. Worse than surgeries and all that is I lost my mother this summer. My mother and I were extremely close and i'm still having a hard time with it. So between the medical bills and just everything else in my life I haven't had the money to open up the restaurant. I am trying to get the restaurant open. I wanted to open this weekend, but the cold snap busted 2 more pipes. And so it's a pretty big set back. The restaurants at the age 24 years were all the equipment really needs to be replaced My ice machine is no longer works. Need a new fryer, my main refrigerator the big one died a horrible death and my grill is on its last leg and the building needed alot of work. I am working on it. I promise I'm love running the restaurant. It was the best job I ever had and was not even like working. It was tough with the pain but now I know it'll be like it was before my back problems. I am no longer In excruciating pain. So I am no longer hampered by the fog of all the pain and all what goes along with that. I haven't been on Facebook much because frankly it's depressing cause I used to really love posting but it's no fun when it's all bad news. But believe it or not, this is good news. I mean I amprobably a month away hopefully. I truly miss everybody. I know God has a plan for me and the TCC and I can't wait to get to it.

The bad news and my problem is financial I am trying to work it out as best as I can we've been closed for a while so everything has to be fresh I am looking for a job And hopefully will have it sorted out as soon as possible I love the restaurant I love my customers and hopefully it won't be long.
