Meet our Kitchen Manager, Alyssa! She has been with the company 11 years! She started as a host. Alyssa worked her way through the kitchen and quickly became our Kitchen Manager. Alyssa's favorite item on our menu is the Steak Kabob 🥩. Her favorite thing about working at Texas Roadhouse is all of the tight relationships she has formed over the years. What started as a simple tweet showing love for our ribeye turned into something much bigger. Today, we had the honor of welcoming Mr. K to the United States for a little steak, soccer, and Southern hospitality.

After his post about Texas Roadhouse was shared around the world, we wanted to show our appreciation in a meaningful way. During his visit, Mr. K got a behind-the-scenes look at what makes Texas Roadhouse special, from the people to the culture that drive everything we do.
