Ever seen coffee before it’s roasted?

These are green beans the raw seeds of the coffee cherry. They’re packed with potential flavor but have no aroma (yet!).

Each origin produces different bean density, moisture, and flavor precursors.

The roast simply unlocks what the land already gave us!

Did you know that coffee grows better in highly altitudes?!

Brazil’s high-altitude regions 1,000+ meters above sea level coffee cherries mature slowly under cooler temperatures.

That slow growth creates denser beans packed with natural sweetness, vibrant aroma, and deeper flavor.
Altitude isn’t just a number it’s the secret ingredient behind balance, body, and complexity in every cup.

Did you know that before roasting coffee there’s a few other processes that come first?

One of them is the sun drying process!

After harvest, coffee cherries are spread across patios or raised beds to dry naturally. It’s a slow, careful process that can take up to 3 weeks.
Each turn of the rake ensures even drying, protecting the beans and locking in sweetness.
This is the moment when tropical fruit notes, nutty undertones, and natural sugars start to develop!

It’s the start to a great roast that then moves to your cup!

Every Monday we roast our coffee fresh so that we can have fresh beans to ship to you and to sell at the market!

To check that the roast is the right color we check frequently while it’s roasting to ensure the perfect roast color and taste which is what you see us doing here!

This week we took a break and weren’t at the market but be prepared because we will be back with our freshly roasted beans and coffee for you to drink next Saturday!!

Of course as always our online store is open too if you can’t make it next week!

Hello everyone! We’d like to apologize for our long radio silence here but we are so excited to announce that we have big things coming and more posts planned to show you what we’re up too!

Another year supporting a great cause!

We are grateful to be apart of this year after year!

If anyone has the time to stop out and check out the awesome raffle prizes all proceeds benefit Special Hockey of the Lehigh Valley and help give these great kids and young adults an opportunity to play the sport they love!!!

This past weekend was our last market! Unfortunately due to the weather we were not able to make it out to the 😔

But we are more than excited for next year but we wanted to reflect on how crazy this year has been and we are extremely grateful for all of the support from our amazing customers!

This year was our first year at the market and we definitely got blown away with the positivity and the incredible amount of love we got.
