This is just a quick notice to our valued guests that we will be closed July 3rd and 4th. Not because it’s “good for business,” but because it’s good for our people. Because our staff deserves a couple days where the only thing they have to prep is potato salad. Because sometimes the most patriotic thing you can do… is not run a restaurant for 48 hours.
I believe in giving my staff the chance to be with their families - to grill, laugh, watch fireworks (when permissible), drone shows (when the weather allows), and make memories - whatever they choose in their individual pursuits of happiness. Restaurants don’t run on money alone; they run on humans, and humans need and deserve time with the people they love.
We promise we’re not abandoning you… we’re just letting our team enjoy the holiday without having to slice, grill, sauté, or explain what aioli is.
If you can't wait that long, come on by today or tomorrow. If you can't make it, don't worry. We’ll reopen Sunday at our normal hours, fully recharged and slightly sunburned.
Thank you for understanding and for supporting a place that puts family first.
